7/4 has seven quarter-note beats per measure, often grouped 4+3 or 3+4. It has the same asymmetric character as 7/8 but is slower and heavier, with each beat a full quarter note. Radiohead's 'Pyramid Song', Pink Floyd's 'Money', and many jazz compositions make use of it to create a sense of instability that never fully resolves.
